Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and recruit agent partners within your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to drive consistent insurance sales.
  • Conduct field visits for agent engagement, training, and market development.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Perform monthly goal setting with partners and break down the plan into weekly targets to consistently achieve overall sales objectives.
  • Train prospects on products and partners on using the PBPartners portal and app.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and provide necessary training to agent partners.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Agency/Channel sales.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Must be comfortable with fieldwork and target-based responsibilities.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
