About the Job:

As an Adobe Workfront Developer, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and enhancing Workfront solutions that improve project visibility, workflow automation, resource planning, and operational efficiency across teams.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, marketing teams, and technical teams to translate process requirements into effective Workfront configurations and integrations. You will contribute to building custom forms, automated workflows, dashboards, reports, and system enhancements that enable better planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Adobe Workfront Development & Configuration
- Design, configure, and maintain Adobe Workfront solutions including project templates, workflows, custom forms, queues, reports, and dashboards aligned to business requirements.
- Develop and enhance automated processes, approval workflows, request queues, and task management structures to improve operational efficiency.
- Configure portfolio, program, and resource management features to support planning, prioritization, and execution across teams.
- Support Workfront object setup, permissions, layout templates, groups, teams, and governance-related configurations.
Integration & Process Enablement
- Support integrations between Adobe Workfront and other enterprise platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, CRM, collaboration, or project delivery tools.
- Assist in data synchronization, process automation, and workflow enablement across systems.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, workflow inefficiencies, and reporting discrepancies with proper analysis and resolution.
Reporting, Analytics & Optimization
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and workload views to provide visibility into project health, capacity, delivery timelines, and operational performance.
- Analyze user requirements and recommend process improvements to increase platform effectiveness and adoption.
- Support testing, validation, and optimization of configurations to ensure stability, usability, and business alignment.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner with business and functional stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable Workfront solutions.
- Contribute to documentation, configuration standards, governance practices, and reusable implementation patterns.
- Support release planning, change management, user training, and post-implementation validation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Workfront development, configuration, or administration.
- Strong understanding of Workfront components such as projects, tasks, templates, custom forms, reports, dashboards, queues, and approval workflows.
- Experience in workflow automation, process configuration, and enterprise work management solutions.
- Understanding of integrations and data flows between Workfront and other business applications.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA or equivalent education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or other automation/integration platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and cross-platform workflow enablement.
- Strong understanding of reporting, workload balancing, resource management, and operational governance within Workfront.
- Experience supporting large-scale implementations, platform enhancements, and user adoption initiatives.
- Exposure to AI-enabled productivity and workflow optimization use cases.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, operations, PMO, and engineering teams.
- Strong documentation habits and the ability to mentor teams on best practices, standards, and reusable process models.
