Job Description

Role:* Non-Voice Customer Support (Email/Chat Process)

* Day Shift

* 2-Way Cab Facility Available

* Cab Coverage: Up to 35 KM (Point-to-Point)

* Candidates opting out of cab facility will receive 2,000 allowance


Salary Details:


* Experienced Candidates (Minimum 9 Months Experience in Email/Chat Support): Up to 3 LPA

* Freshers: 16,000 per month


Eligibility Criteria:


* Minimum 9 months of experience in Email Support or Chat Support for experienced package

* Freshers can also apply

* Good communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory

* Immediate joiners preferred


Interview Process:


* 2 Virtual Rounds

* Final Round Offline/Face-to-Face
