Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across frontend and backend technologies, strong problem-solving capabilities, and experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities ? Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications across frontend and backend layers ? Build scalable APIs and microservices using .NET Core ? Develop responsive UI using Angular / React ? Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices ? Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization ? Work closely with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality delivery ? Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) ? Ensure adherence to security, coding standards, and governance practices Technical Skills (Mandatory) ? Backend: C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core ? Frontend: Angular (preferred) / React ? Database: SQL Server (strong in queries, stored procedures) ? API Development: RESTful services ? Version Control: Git / Azure DevOps / GitHub ? Architecture: Understanding of Microservices / MVC / Layered architecture ? Testing: Unit testing frameworks (NUnit/xUnit) Good to Have ? Experience with Azure / AWS cloud services ? Exposure to DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) ? Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes ? Experience with performance tuning and scalability ? Exposure to AI/automation-driven development practices Experience ? 5?10 years of experience in full stack development ? Proven experience in enterprise-grade application development ? Experience working in offshore/onshore delivery model Soft Skills ? Strong analytical and problem-solving ability ? Effective communication with global stakeholders ? Ability to work independently in offshore setup ? Proactive mindset with focus on quality and delivery timelines Education ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent Work Location ? Offshore Key Evaluation Criteria (for screening) ? Strong hands-on coding (live coding capability) ? Clarity on end-to-end application architecture ? Depth in C#, SQL, and frontend framework ? Problem-solving and debugging approach ? Communication skills for client interaction
