Job Description

PowerBI developer

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards
• Connect to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, cloud platforms)
• Perform data modeling using Power BI (star schema, relationships)
• Write DAX expressions for measures and calculated columns
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and data governance policies
• Monitor and troubleshoot report performance issues
• Maintain documentation for reports, data models, and processes
• Good to have:
• Create and maintain ETL workflows (using Power Query, Azure tools, etc.)
