RAN Engineer @ Capgemini

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test and deploy RAN (Radio Access Network) solutions for 4G/5G networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BTS (Base Transceiver Station) equipment.
• Conduct E2E testing of RAN systems to identify defects and optimize performance.
• Develop technical documentation for RAN architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in RAN engineering.
• Strong knowledge of wireless technologies such as 4G/5G LTE, Docsis, UE (User Equipment), RF optimization techniques.
• Experience in manual testing methodologies for complex software applications.
