About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter with experience in hiring AUTOSAR and Automotive Embedded Systems professionals. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and attract top talent for automotive software and embedded engineering positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for AUTOSAR, Embedded Software, Automotive Software, Engineering skills, Embedded, Embedded C, C++, CAD, Autocad, Matlab, Simulink, Autosar and Functional Safety roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical assessments.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and drive the selection process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of automotive engineering talent.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS data accuracy.
- Stay updated on automotive industry hiring trends and talent availability.
- Working experience with any of the clients will be a plus point - RLE International, Alten, Capgemini Engineering, Quest Global, LTTS, Tata Technologies, Cyient, KPIT Technologies, HCLTech, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra
