Job Title: Senior Jewellery Consultant (Sr. JC)

Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

Experience: 4-7 Years

Job Description

* Assist customers and provide excellent product knowledge.

* Drive jewellery sales and achieve store targets.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.

* Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are maintained.

* Process billing and payment transactions.

* Follow up with customers and support product deliveries.

* Maintain inventory and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements

* Bachelors Degree (Mandatory).

* 4-7 years of experience in Jewellery, Luxury Retail, or Premium Retail Sales.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Knowledge of Gold, Diamond, Platinum, and Silver jewellery is preferred.

* Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.
