Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Document Management System in all modules and associated work processes. 
• High level of understanding of functional work processes and procedures, overall EPC business, and project execution.
• High level understanding of related systems like Review tools and Electronic Signature systems. 
• High level understating of the interface between document management system, Review tools, Electronic Signature Systems and Document Storage solutions. 
• Understanding the project delivery through its lifecycle, system implementation planning, project and user set-up, configuration and training for Document Management applications on all project
• Investigate ways to improve productivity, efficiency, or information availability and visibility for projects.
• Evaluate new system functionality and determine if fit for purpose.
• New Release Testing and Implementation

Job Specific Knowledge:

• 12+ years experience with Document Management systems usage, support, administration, and configuration.
• Comprehensive understanding of Document Management principles.
• Strong overall understanding of project requirements, deliverables and workflows.
• Ability to effectively deliver presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• General knowledge of systems (operating systems, software installation, and configurations).

Industry Specific Experience:  

• 10+ years of relevant Document Management experience; preferably using Aconex, Blue Beam, DocuSign or equivalent.
