Job Description

• As a ZSM (2nd Line Manager ) you will based at Chennai HQ handling Sales & Business Development of Critical Care/ Injectable business covering entire Tamil Nadu for reputed Pharma company.
• You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of ABM' s and MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
• You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
• You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.
• You will be responsible for effective team management your team and to achieve targets and incentives.

Candidate Profile.

• Science Graduate 10-12 years in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Regional Sales Manager handling Critical Care/ Injectable based at Chennai HQ covering entire Tamil Nadu.
• You should be good in Man Management & Business Development.
• You should have good experience in launching new products and effective implementation of strategies.
• You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
