Senior Sourcing Analyst @ GEP

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize spend analysis, RFQ/RFP processes, and supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and innovation in the source-to-pay cycle.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform procurement decisions and drive business value.
• Design and implement effective communication plans to stakeholders on sourcing initiatives, results, and recommendations.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6.5 years of experience in procurement or a related field (e.g., S2P).
• Strong understanding of spend analysis, RFQ/RFP processes, RFX management, and supplier relationship building.
• Proven track record of developing successful strategic sourcing plans that deliver cost savings and improve operational efficiency.
