Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute global sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the automotive industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop techno-commercial solutions.
• Provide technical leadership on VLSI, embedded systems, and IoT projects, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Manage a team of engineers to achieve sales targets, providing guidance on engineering management best practices.

Job Requirements :

• 15-25 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in automotive embedded systems, automotive, engineering manager, embedded hardware, embedded software, iot, technical architect roles.
• Strong understanding of VLSI design principles and their application in various industries (automotive).
• Proven track record of success in techno-commercial sales or similar roles within the IT services & consulting sector.
