Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective voice coaching strategies to enhance employee performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve vocal quality and presentation skills.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Analyze feedback and provide constructive criticism to employees.
  • Create engaging content to promote company culture and values.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Voice Coach or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a BPO or international setting is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Any graduate can apply for this position.
