Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment across news, digital, production, and corporate functions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Maintain recruitment data and hiring reports

Preferred candidate profile

• 03 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (media industry preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with job portals and ATS
• Should be well verse in excel
• Freshers can apply
