Job Description

Role- Plant HR Manager

Reporting to - AGM

Location - Umarsadi (Near Vapi & Valsad Transport available)

This is a 6 Days working role

- Pharma Manufacturing

Role & responsibilities

Manage overall HR Operations and Administration for the plant.
Handle blue-collar recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Ensure accurate employee data management, payroll inputs, and coordination with Corporate HR.
Maintain plant discipline and enforce company policies and procedures.
Drive healthy Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) to ensure a harmonious work environment.
Manage relationships with local villages, community stakeholders, and government authorities.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and manage labour-related legal cases.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/PGDM in HR, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations.
7-10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/plant environment with strong exposure to IR, compliance, and workforce management.
