Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize talent acquisition efforts.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a BPO/Call Centre environment.
Strong knowledge of international recruitment practices and trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment software and tools is advantageous.
