Job Description
We are hiring fresh graduates who are interested in building their career in the Insurance & Reinsurance domain.
What is Facultative Reinsurance? :
Sometimes an insurance company takes a very big or risky policy (for example: insuring a large factory or airplane).
To reduce their risk, they share a part of that risk with another company called a reinsurer. This process of sharing individual risks is called Facultative Reinsurance.
In this role, you will help manage these shared policies, maintain records, and coordinate with different teams to ensure everything is processed correctly.
Eligibility:
- Freshers (2025 & 2026 pass-outs)
- Graduates only: B.Com, BAF, BMS, BBI, BBA, BFM
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on insurance/reinsurance policies and maintain accurate records
- Understand client requirements and support policy setup
- Ensure premiums, adjustments, and refunds are processed on time
- Coordinate with internal teams and global stakeholders for approvals and updates
- Prepare basic documents like debit notes and evidence of cover
- Handle simple client queries and support issue resolution
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and timelines in all tasks
