Tech Stack: Java, Agentic AI/ GenAI, ( team lead Experience), Java, Spring boot, microservices, Copilot, MCP

Experience Range : 8 to 15 years

Job Description:

Required Experience & Skills:

• 1012 years of hands-on software engineering experience in Java.
• Strong expertise in Java (8+), Spring/Spring Boot, Webservices, legacy Java systems like (Struts/JSP), RDBMS and modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React).
• Performance improvement, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of production issues.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and a deep understanding of its capabilities and constraints.
• Proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical initiatives
• Hands-on and practical experience with prompt engineering for software development and agentic AI concepts and workflows.
• Understanding of MCP with usage in respective use cases and tools

- Proficient understanding of SDLC phases.
