Role & Responsibilities

Call US insurance companies on behalf of healthcare providers to check claim status

Follow up on outstanding claims

Handle payment information for processed claims

Analyze and resolve claim rejections

Ensure quality standards are met

Perform Insurance Eligibility Verification (added advantage)

Salary & Incentives

CTC: 2.45 LPA

Monthly Performance Incentives:

AR Caller: 6,000 17,000
