Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM)
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) with 1317 years of experience to lead large-scale, complex programs at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Business.
This role requires a strategic executor who can align product vision with delivery outcomes, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure predictable, high-quality execution across global teams. You will operate as a key bridge between product intent and engineering delivery, influencing decisions, resolving ambiguity, and ensuring business outcomes are realized at scale.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in digital transformation, SaaS/platform ecosystems, and large-scale modernization initiatives, along with the ability to translate business priorities into scalable, high-level solution direction.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Own and drive end-to-end delivery of large, multi-stream programs across distributed teams
- Establish execution rigor, delivery predictability, and outcome accountability
- Lead Agile execution at scale, ensuring alignment across multiple squads/workstreams
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as a strategic interface between Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with product vision, roadmap, and customer outcomes
- Enable seamless collaboration across engineering, QA, product, and operations
Solution Oversight & Decision Enablement
- Provide high-level requirement and solution oversight (without getting into low-level documentation)
- Drive clarity on business objectives and ensure solution alignment to outcomes
- Review and guide business process flows, architectural direction, and solution approaches
Technical & Execution Influence
- Influence day-to-day technical and functional decisions without direct coding involvement
- Facilitate decision-making in ambiguous and evolving environments
- Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability considerations are addressed
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Lead program governance, reporting, and executive communication
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders, clients, and global teams
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
Required Skills & Experience
Core Experience
- 1317 years in program/project management within technology-driven environments
- Proven track record of managing large, complex, multi-team programs
Domain Exposure
- Strong experience in:
- Digital transformation initiatives
- SaaS / platform-based ecosystems
- Platform modernization, migrations, and large-scale enhancements
Technical & Product Acumen
- Solid understanding of modern technology stacks (frontend, backend, APIs, architecture, Data Pipeline)- Angular/ReactJs, Java, Kafka, Pyspark
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical direction
- Experience working at the intersection of Product Management and Delivery
Program Management Expertise
- Strong command over:
- Program & Project Management frameworks
- Agile/Scrum execution at scale (multi-team environments)
- Ability to drive prioritization, trade-offs, and execution decisions
Stakeholder & Leadership Skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities (including executive leadership and clients)
- Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and drive alignment across functions
- Experience managing global/onshore-offshore teams
