Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced GenAI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI/ML architecture, cloud platforms, and MLOps. The role involves defining AI strategy, architecting scalable solutions, and driving innovation across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade GenAI solutions using LLMs, SLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and multi-agent frameworks.
- Define end-to-end AI architecture, including model orchestration, vector databases, embeddings, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Lead AI transformation initiatives and provide technical leadership to development teams.
- Architect scalable, secure, and compliant AI platforms across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Evaluate and integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, and other foundation models.
- Develop AI governance frameworks, model observability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management.
- Mentor AI engineers, architects, and data scientists while driving innovation and thought leadership.
Required Skills
Generative AI & LLMs
- Hands-on experience with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, and Hugging Face models.
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, LoRA, PEFT, RLHF.
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
