Shift: UK Shift
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
Job Description:
Mphasis is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for its International Voice Process. Candidates with excellent communication skills and experience in customer service are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through voice support.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain service quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- 6 Months to 3 Years of experience in International Voice Process, Customer Support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
