Utilize various enterprise software and content deployment tools, be ready to quickly adopt to the new solutions.

Own and ensure software compliance across the managed environment.

Monitor deployment performance, troubleshoot distribution failures, and optimize processes for reliability and efficiency.

Work closely with IT support teams to ensure smooth delivery and minimal disruption to end-user systems and ATMs.

Generate detailed reports using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data visualizations to track campaign progress and system status.

Attend regular team meetings to report progress, align on tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define software and campaign deployment objectives, timelines, and success metrics.

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
