Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage AR calling, denial handling, medical billing, and RCM processes for US healthcare clients.
  
• Identify and resolve denials by working with providers to obtain necessary documentation or information.
  
• Ensure timely submission of claims to insurance companies while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize revenue cycle management (RCM) workflows and improve client satisfaction.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and other stakeholders throughout the RCM process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in AR calling, denial handling, medical billing, or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of US healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients' staff at all levels.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
