Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Acquisition Manager - LAP to drive acquisition of new business. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with a strong passion for sales as well as experienced candidates looking to build a career in secured lending.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loans (HL) products
Generate leads through:

Personal references
Referrals from branch network

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand client financial needs and offer suitable lending solutions
Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement
Consistently achieve sales targets and business goals
Maintain updated knowledge of products, processes, and market competition

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline
Freshers with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel for business acquisition
Candidate must be energetic, proactive, and customer-focused
Age limit: Not more than 30 years

Contract Details

This is a contractual role for 11 months
Contract renewal will be based on performance
