Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage customer retention initiatives within the Loan against property & Home loan portfolio, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing attrition.
Assist existing customers with interest rate revisions and loan top-up requests in line with bank policies and guidelines.
Handle customer queries and resolve escalations effectively via email while maintaining high service quality standards.
Conduct proactive follow-ups with customers to ensure timely completion of pending requests and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Graduate (preferred)
3 Year Experience HL/LAP in NBFC & Banking
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer retention experience is must
