Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage customer retention initiatives within the Loan against property & Home loan portfolio, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing attrition.
  • Assist existing customers with interest rate revisions and loan top-up requests in line with bank policies and guidelines.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve escalations effectively via email while maintaining high service quality standards.
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups with customers to ensure timely completion of pending requests and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum Graduate (preferred)
  • 3 Year Experience HL/LAP in NBFC & Banking
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer retention experience is must
