Job Title

German Helpdesk Support Associate / Service Desk Associate (German Language)

Location-Bangalore

Working Days-5 (Rotational)

10 hours shift

One way cab for odd hours

Salary- up to 5.5 LPA(Fix) + Allowances+ Variable

Experience- Freshers to 1 Year

Interview- Only Face to face (Whitefield)

Only candidates available in Bangalore should apply


Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, BA, etc.)
  • Freshers can apply (01 year experience)
  • German language proficiency preferred (typically B1/B2 level certification)
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 (L1) IT support to users through phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting tickets.
  • Communicate with German-speaking customers regarding technical issues.
  • Log, track, update, and escalate tickets when required.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues related to:
  • Windows operating systems
  • MS Office applications
  • PC hardware and peripherals
  • Network connectivity
  • Password resets and account access
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

German language proficiency (B1/B2 preferred).

Good customer service and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of:

Windows OS

MS Office

Hardware and software troubleshooting

IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts

Problem-solving and analytical skills.


Ability to work in rotational shifts and a 247 support environment.
