Key Responsibilities
Required Skills
German language proficiency (B1/B2 preferred).
Good customer service and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of:
Windows OS
MS Office
Hardware and software troubleshooting
IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and a 247 support environment.
