A teller is a bank employee responsible for assisting customers with various banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries. The primary duties of a teller include:
1. Greeting customers and providing friendly, efficient service.
2. Processing cash and check transactions accurately.
3. Accepting deposits and loan payments.
4. Dispensing cash withdrawals.
5. Assisting customers with account inquiries and problem resolution.
6. Promoting bank products and services.
7. Balancing cash drawers at the end of the day.
As an Associate / Service Delivery Manager the incumbent is required to have a customer centric approach and passion for servicing the clients and ensuring our clients have a delightful experience by delivering high-quality, speedy and personalized service.
