We are hiring Freshers at Omega Healthcare!

Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Weekends off + US & Indian Government holidays)

Location:
Omega Healthcare Headoffice: 33, Wind Tunnel Rd, Avalappa Layout, Muniyappa Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560017

Position: AR Caller (Voice / Semi-Voice US Healthcare)

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact with US insurance companies regarding claim status
• Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely resolution
• Handle denials and process claim resubmissions
• Update and maintain accurate records in the system
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Shift Timings: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM / 8:30 PM 5:30 AM

Salary & Benefits:

• 18,000 take-home salary
• Two-way cab facility provided

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates only (BA, BCom, BBA, BCA, BE, BTech, BSc, BHM)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable working night shifts and in a voice process
