Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Officer LAP to drive acquisition of new business. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with a strong passion for sales as well as experienced candidates looking to build a career in secured lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loans (HL) products
• Generate leads through:
• Personal references
• Referrals from branch network
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Understand client financial needs and offer suitable lending solutions
• Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement
• Consistently achieve sales targets and business goals
• Maintain updated knowledge of products, processes, and market competition

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline
• Freshers with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel for business acquisition
• Candidate must be energetic, proactive, and customer-focused
• Age limit: Not more than 30 years
