Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Azure Devops Engineer responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of hybrid infrastructure platforms across on-premise and Microsoft Azure environments.
We are focusing on Networking, Compute services, Monitoring, IAM & IAC, CI/CD , AKS etc
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end infrastructure support across all owned platforms
- Deliver infrastructure projects and BAU activities across Windows, RHEL, storage, virtualization, and IaC environments
- Design and provision infrastructure services to support business requirements in collaboration with technology teams
- Manage storage platforms including automation, reporting, maintenance, failover testing, and upgrades
- Handle vendor relationships and support global vendor management processes
- Provide escalated infrastructure support to Desktop and Dealing Room Support teams
- Mentor and train support teams to enhance technical capability
- Ensure technology security through patching and vulnerability management within SLA timelines
- Participate in cross-skilling initiatives to ensure team redundancy and reduce key-man dependency
- Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing
- Support the creation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of infrastructure services
Technical Skills & Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Azure Cloud, including hybrid/on-premise connectivity
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux (RHEL) operating systems
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and ARM Templates
- Proficiency in automation tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Ansible
- Experience with virtualization platforms and storage management
- Knowledge of patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices
Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
