As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working collaboratively within a team environment, applying modern development methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products that meet unique business requirements. This position emphasizes continuous enhancement of software quality and performance through iterative development and close interaction with stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to build knowledge and support the team.

Participate in Problem Solving discussions.

Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and contribute to solution design.

Assist in testing and debugging software components to ensure functionality and reliability.

Document development processes and maintain clear communication within the team.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Japanese Language.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Ability to adapt to agile development environments and contribute to iterative software delivery.

Basic understanding of software development life cycle and coding principles.

Problem-solving aptitude to identify issues and propose practical solutions.

Attention to detail to ensure high-quality software output.

The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Japanese Language.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.
