Job Description: Associate Program Manager/Program Manager

Job Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad

NOTE: 6 days working (Monday - Saturday)

Summary:

Candidate will be responsible for driving Sales/Servicing and revenue generation. He/she will be responsible for stakeholder management. He will be responsible for stakeholder management. Increase productivity team-wise in terms of Sales/servicing.


Roles and responsibilities :

1. Gathering Consumer Insights to build a sustainable revenue-generating vertical.

2. Stakeholder management

3. Execution of any tactical and strategic business change.

4. Reporting and Documentation of function's status, challenges and improvement.


Requirements:

1. A minimum of 0-2 years in a similar role

2. BE/B.Tech from NIT/BITS Pilani or MBA from Top B-Colleges are preferred

3. People who are good with Critical Thinking, Great with problem Solving and want to excel in a Central Role.

4. Project Management, Program Coordination, and Data Analysis skills

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,Strong organizational and multitasking skills

6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

7. Analytically sound with good data understanding, At the same time ready to work on the ground level as well

8. Hustler and willing to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is required.

9. Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading and motivating sales teams

10. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.

11. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make informed strategic decisions.

12. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

13. Ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.
