Roles and Responsibilities
Be the Link-Up:
- Serve as the go-to HR partner, working cross-functionally with teams (managers, employees) to
- keep the culture healthy and inclusive.
New Hire Flow:
- Own the full onboarding experiencefrom getting all the docs (no jargon, just clarity) to setting up
- system access (Zoho People knowledge is a major W).
Culture Keeper & Safe Space:
- Be a trusted, empathetic ear for employee queries and concerns. Champion a workplace where
- belonging and mental health are priorities, not afterthoughts.
Data-Driven Decisions:
- Go beyond trackers. Use spreadsheets and HR dashboards (flex on your Excel/Sheets skills) to turn
- data into meaningful insights for process improvements.
Future-Proofing HR:
- Support learning and development initiatives, constantly optimizing our operations and integrating
- AI tools to automate the basic stuff (AI exposure/projects = bonus points).
Youd Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 03 years of HR Operations experience (Fresh MBA grads? Say less. )
- Are organized enough to manage multiple tasks without losing the plot.
- Bring transparency and solution-oriented communication to every interaction.
- Believe that flexibility and work-life integration are essential, not perks.
- Know that your work contributes to a broader purpose beyond the paycheck.
