Required Technical and Professional Experience
Service Now Module: ITS M, ITOM, App Engine, Portal. Core Services: Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Level, CMDB / CSDM, AI Ops and Now Assist.
Roles and responsibilities - Develop ServiceNow Solutions in the ITSM, with minimum bugs and rework
- Collaborate with Process Analyst and Architect to ensure the developed features follow ServiceNow best practices
- Keeps up-to-date with the new releases and features of the ServiceNow platform
- Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.
- Documenting code and application functionality
- Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your success.
- Integrate ServiceNow modules with other enterprise systems to create a seamless and efficient information flow
- Create and update CMDB catalog items, forms, and views, transform maps, IRE, Script Includes and Business rules.
- Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary.
