As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into technical specifications. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the solutions align with business objectives while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.

Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience with application design and development methodologies.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Noida office.
