Senior Software Test Automation Engineer @ Siemens

Job Description

• Analyze software requirements and software functional specifications in accordance with business needs
• Design, Develop, and Execute test modules and test scripts for the web applications
• Perform code reviews, create test cases, and ensure that the delivery conforms to organization and project quality requirements.
• Ensure submission and integration of solution artifacts into software configuration management system, within committed delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on requirements analysis, component integration, and continuous delivery.

• B.E/ B. Tech/ MCA/ M.E/ M. Tech/ MSc computer science.
• 5-10 years of test automation experience for web/cloud applications
• Strong knowledge in Playwright test automation tool
• Working experience in programming language Typescript
• Strong experience in designing and developing test automation suits
• Experience in nonfunctional test automation using tools like Apache JMeter
• Software testing certifications will have additional weight gain.
• Exposure to containerization technologies like Kubernetes/Docker
• Understanding software testing and test framework design concepts
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication skills (oral and written) and a quick learner of new technologies and trends.
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with various stakeholders.
