Job Description

• Experience Required: 0 to 2 Years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
• Qualification: MBA or MSW HR Graduates
• Expertise in Lateral hiring would be an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Sourcing, interview coordination, offer Negotiation, and complete recruitment lifestyle management.
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social hiring, references).
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Strong screening and assessment capability.
• Good English communication (verbal & written).
• Ability to work on multiple mandates simultaneously.
• Target-driven and comfortable with hiring numbers.
• Specifically looking for a strong and proactive source.
• Candidate should have hands-on experience in passive candidate sourcing.
• Should demonstrate strong market mapping and talent pipeline building skills.
• Quick turnaround time (TAT) focus. Candidates from consultancy backgrounds can also apply.
