Job Title: Preservation Coordinator (AFS Operations)Department: AFS Operations Property Preservation
Location: Bangalore
Role Summary:
The Preservation Coordinator (PC) is responsible for managing end-to-end property preservation activities for REO and pre-foreclosure assets. The role ensures properties are maintained in compliance with client guidelines, local ordinances, and investor requirements while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to complete work orders within defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, approve, and manage all preservation-related work orders including initial services, inspections, clean-outs, janitorial services, and lawn maintenance.
- Issue preservation and repair work orders based on inspection findings.
- Ensure all work items are completed within vendor resolution timelines.
- Review inspection reports and validate property condition and occupancy status.
- Conduct quality checks on vendor submissions including photos and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain Property Preservation Plans based on inspection outcomes.
- Maintain accurate job notes and work item tracking in systems like PPW and Equator.
- Respond to all internal and external cases within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Handle escalations and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of property preservation (REO / PFC processes)
- Understanding of inspections and vendor management
- Familiarity with PPW, Equator or similar systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 1 to 4 years experience in property preservation or mortgage operations
- Experience with US mortgage servicing clients preferred
