Job Details:
Required Candidate profile:Candidate with BPO/Telecalling experience preferable but Freshers can also apply
Candidate must have good command in Hindi/Bengali and Basic English
Handling calls/queries/ requests pertaining to product and service for inbound calls effectively.
Immediate joiners are preferred. Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/ tools.
Role & responsibilities: Excellent customer handling Resolving issues & end to end support through calls ,Preferred candidate profile - Excellent communication and understanding skills
