Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Release Planning
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and remove impediments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile development environments
