Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide operational and technical support for the Security Awareness, Learning Management, and Phishing Simulation Platform. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting platform issues, supporting campaign execution, assisting customers with technical queries, coordinating with internal engineering teams, and ensuring smooth platform operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a solid understanding of Linux, networking, email systems, and web applications.


Key Responsibilities

Customer & Technical Support

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers.
  • Troubleshoot application, campaign, and user-related issues.
  • Respond to support tickets within agreed SLAs.
  • Diagnose and resolve platform-related incidents.
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering teams and track them through resolution.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding incident status.

Platform Operations

  • Monitor application health and service availability.
  • Validate scheduled jobs, email delivery, and campaign execution.
  • Support user onboarding and user management activities.
  • Assist customers with platform configuration and usage.
  • Verify application functionality after releases and deployments.

Campaign Support

  • Support phishing, smishing, vishing, and awareness campaigns.
  • Validate campaign configurations before execution.
  • Assist in troubleshooting email delivery, SMS delivery, and user access issues.
  • Generate campaign reports and provide operational insights.
  • Coordinate campaign scheduling with customers.

Infrastructure & Troubleshooting

  • Analyze application logs and server logs.
  • Perform basic Linux administration tasks.
  • Troubleshoot DNS, SMTP, SSL, and network connectivity issues.
  • Verify application services, database connectivity, and integrations.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure teams for environment-related issues.

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams.
  • Document incidents, root causes, and resolutions.
  • Participate in customer calls and support meetings.
  • Provide status updates and operational reports.
  • Assist in preparing knowledge base articles and support documentation.

Email Technologies

  • SMTP

  • Email Delivery Troubleshooting

Databases

  • Basic knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
  • Ability to perform simple queries and validations

Application Support

  • Log Analysis
  • API Testing using Postman
  • Browser Developer Tools
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting LMS, Security Awareness, or SaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security Awareness Programs.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or private cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with SSO, SAML, OAuth, or Active Directory integrations.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, PowerShell, Python).
  • Understanding of VAPT findings and remediation processes.
