Job Description
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking meticulous Senior Process Executives to contribute to our Agentic initiatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting rigorous Evaluations to verify the accuracy, completeness, and contextual relevance of AI-generated content pertaining to Business Points of Interest (POIs). This role is instrumental in maintaining the delivery of High-Quality Data Inputs for the project

Interview Process (Applicable for all roles):
HR Round - AMCAT 2.0 (English 60+, Logical 55+) -( Versant Voice (60) - V&A (Communication Trainer)- Final Round
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Web Research: Conduct exhaustive research utilizing authorized resources and external digital platforms to validate business information, including hours of operation and geographical precision
- Detailed Justification: Provide evidence-based written arguments explaining why a specific response is superior or an error, citing logical fallacies or strengths in the bot's reasoning
- Data Annotation: Perform high-fidelity data annotation by adhering to rigorous protocols to ensure that automated system outputs maintain contextual relevance and factual integrity
- Compliance and Policy Implementation: Utilize advanced interpretative skills to analyze complex regulatory frameworks and promptly integrate procedural updates or technical nuances
- Performance Standards: Consistently achieve established daily productivity and accuracy benchmarks while ensuring uniform application of moderation policies
- Linguistic Mastery: Nuance detection with context to grammar and culture along with skills for documentation
- Cognitive and Analytical Prowess: Meticulous with attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns

- Research & Navigation: Exceptional ability to navigate websites to validate information; familiar with verifying digital data against physical location realities.
- Interpretation & Comprehension: Strong capability to comprehend summaries, understand user intent, and interpret complex data guidelines.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to make sound decisions on ambiguous cases and categorize claims accurately.
- Flexibility: Ability to switch between different evaluation types and grasp process nuances quickly.
- Adaptive Learning: The operator should have the ability to work in a dynamic environment with rapid tool assimilation
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate and write reasoning of the task performed
- Language fluency & cultural nuances required for non English supported locales
- Strong logical ability and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and navigating ambiguous or subjective situations
- The ability to explain complex reasoning in a concise, objective manner
- Gather, interpret, and organize verbal/researched data to draw logical conclusions and take informed decision
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts, adapt to changing priorities, and apply knowledge in new situation
- Meticulous with attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, Commerce, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1224 months of relevant experience in content moderation or data processing
- Previous experience in phone customer support operations preferably US operation
- Desirable Maps Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience specifically in Maps processes (POI verification, business listings).
Work Environment and Conditions:
- Must be comfortable working in a 24x5 environment and working from the office
- Must be comfortable handling explicit and extremely sensitive content if required
