Job Description
Job Title: SAP HR Operations Specialist
Location: Bengaluru
.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR Operations activities through SAP HCM.
- Handle employee master data management, organizational structure maintenance, and payroll-related transactions.
- Utilize SAP T-Codes such as PA20, PA30, PA40, PA03, PA61, PA62, PP01, PP03 and other relevant HR transaction codes.
- Support payroll processing, validation, and statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain and update employee records, transfers, promotions, separations, and organizational changes.
- Generate HR MIS reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of HR data.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders for HR operations and payroll-related requirements.
- Support audits, employee documentation, and HR process improvements.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations with hands-on SAP HCM exposure.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and related SAP modules.
- Proficient in SAP HR T-Codes and HR master data management.
- Good analytical, reporting, and MIS preparation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
