Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide general customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
  • Offer technical and non-technical support to customers through various channels.
  • Collaborate with production and distribution departments to resolve customer complaints.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to handle high volumes of customer inquiries.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues independently.
Job Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience.
  • Ability to work with moderate supervision and solve routine issues independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Basic technical education or equivalent is required.
