AI Tech Lead
Location: Hyderabad/Pune/Bangalore/Chennai
Exp - 3yrs to 15yrs
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on AI Tech Lead with 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development to lead technical initiatives and guide a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and AI systems architecture, along with a passion for solving real-world problems through intelligent automation and data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions.
- Architect scalable AI systems and ensure integration with existing platforms.
- Review code, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best practices in model development and deployment.
- Project Delivery:
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple AI initiatives.
- Innovation & R&D:
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
- Experiment with new algorithms, tools, and techniques to improve model performance and efficiency.
- Operational Excellence:
- Implement MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.
- Monitor model performance and ensure reliability, fairness, and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with hands-on experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools (e.g., Spark, Airflow).
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in AI/ML or cloud technologies are a plus.
