Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for VFX and animation roles across multiple levels.
- Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand project-specific hiring needs.
- Source and engage talent through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, industry forums, referrals, and networking events.
- Screen candidates and assess technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer discussions, and onboarding activities. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of VFX professionals for current and future productions.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in ATS and internal databases. - Stay updated on VFX industry trends, talent movements, and market insights.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the VFX, Animation, Gaming, or Creative Media industry.
- Strong understanding of VFX production pipelines and various artist roles.
- Experience sourcing niche creative and technical talent.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.
Location - Film City, Goregaon east.
