Job Description

The PNM Field Relationship Manager (FRM) is responsible for managing on-ground customer interactions for NoBrokers Packers & Movers services. The role involves meeting customers, understanding shifting requirements, coordinating bookings, ensuring smooth service delivery, and driving conversions through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet customers at their location and understand shifting requirements

- Explain NoBroker Packers & Movers services and pricing

- Coordinate with operations and vendor teams for smooth relocation services

- Ensure customer visits, follow-ups, and booking closures

-Build strong customer relationships and provide end-to-end assistance

-Handle customer objections and resolve concerns professionally

-Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets

-Update customer details and visit reports in CRM

-Maintain high customer satisfaction during the moving process
