Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) professional with 8 12 years of experience to design, implement, and support FSL solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring FSL features, integrating with other systems, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to enhance field operations. Minimum 5 6+ years of hands Field Service Lightning experience

Key Responsibilities

1. FSL Implementation and Configuration:

  • Design and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions.
  • Configure FSL settings, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, and Dispatcher Console.
  • Customize mobile workflows for field service technicians.

2. Business Requirement Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Recommend best practices and tailored solutions for field service operations.

3. Customization and Development:

  • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Flow Builder.
  • Integrate FSL with third-party applications and other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).

4. Optimization, Maintenance, Testing and Documentation:

  • Optimize scheduling and routing functionalities to improve efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing FSL implementations.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Lightning features and capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools: Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Validation Rules.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).
  • Functional Knowledge:
  • Understanding of field service processes such as workforce management, dispatching, and asset management.
  • Ability to design optimized scheduling, routing, and resource allocation solutions.
  • Certifications (preferred):
  • Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Experience:
  • Lead 8-12 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of dedicated FSL experience.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
