Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable (AR) calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.

• Authorize refunds for eligible claims and handle denial management processes.
• Identify and address authorization errors or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Handle patient complaints and provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing issues.
• Must have experience in AR calling/RCM services.
• Must be Immediate joiner
